KORVUE® rep Todd Holzer was Featured in Salon Today

"The new software capability that will change the way salons do business in the near future is simply client individualization. Actually, this isn’t new for Korvue®; it’s been part of the original design since it was released in 2000. However, I feel that salons are starting to understand the importance of allowing a client to have it their way. In the past, it was difficult to get owners to buy into Korvue’s client individualization concept, such as allowing the client to pick when and how their appointments are confirmed, how their loyalty points are spent, whether to sync their account with Facebook and Twitter, and even advanced procedures like Auto-Checkout. Auto- Checkout is great. The client can sign up and set their gratuity levels, so they literally can leave the salon without paying. Korvue will then automatically apply the gratuity, charge the client, then e-mail them the receipt. It’s an incredible feature for pampering your VIP clients and an example of client individualization."
